Quality Assurance

In the industries to which we market, we want to be considered the best in our areas of expertise. By reliably providing superior quality, cost-effective products and services to our customer base, we hope to achieve zero enquiries resembling customer complaints.
 
We do however strongly encourage internal and external feedback, which we see as an opportunity for improvement. 
 
Our Quality System is subjected to rigorous audits and reviews, which allow us to be certified under the HAACP Food Safety Program and the SQF Code.

We are proud of our outcomes and we are only satisfied when our customer’s customer is satisfied.
 
We also work hard to ensure that our products are manufactured in a workplace which is safe for our employees or anyone else associated with HQ2. Accordingly we aim for zero accidents or incident that could lead to injury or jeopardize product integrity.

Our Quality Commitment Statement

HQ2 Food & Beverage Solutions Pty Ltd aim is to manufacture high quality products which meet both our customers' expectations and our regulatory food safety and quality obligations.
 
We will at all times follow the best practice quality and food safety procedures set out in our Quality Manual to guide our processing operations. The systems are aligned to the SQF Code, using Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points as a means of process control.

The Quality Manual outlines the systems which will assure that the food safety and quality requirements of both the company and our valued csutomers are identified and that uniform controls are consistently and adequately applied.

Our processes include provision for the prompt detection and elimination of poor quality products.

All management and staff of the company are empowered to take responsibility for decisions affecting quality of the product delivered to our customers.

 
It is our objective to maintain and continually improve our quality assurance system through internal review and amendment, as a means of achieving our company goals.
